Dear Reader,

I have an artsy question for you. Not really *really* artsy but kind of artsy because it relates to computer graphics software. *Ancient* computer graphics software.

A long time ago- back in 1995- I bought the CorelDraw software suite. Being a teenager I thought I could just mess around with it and figure out how it works and become a great CG artist. It wasn't that easy, and when I failed to show an aptitude I gave up. Still have the software though and with age I've realized that complicated software packages actually take time to learn- they're not as simple and Windows Paint. But obviously messing around with the program isn't good enough, I need actual training. There were video courses sold to teach people how to use it. This is good because VHS tapes are dirt cheap these days and they and CorelDraw 6 is so old I could probably pick them up for a song. But it's also bad it's really old and I don't know who would still be selling them (for a reasonable price- I've found some people selling them online but I'm not going to be paying $50 for 4 VHS tapes).

So- you guys are artists- any ideas?
